"A delightful experience at Stubbs Cycles. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, I felt like I was amongst friends. I went in Saturday afternoon, the place was busy but the sales staff kept up very well and every customer was attended to. Rob Smith worked on my deal and was super active and prompt but never pushy. The finance department was also quick and easy.

They have a large inventory and a variety of motorcycles, they've got something for everyone. Prices are reasonable and competitive compared to other dealerships. I'll definitely be coming back in the near future to upgrade or buy a different style motorcycle, as well as buying one for my little brother.

"I bought a 2003 Vulcan1600 from them 2 weeks ago. I purchased the bike "as is, no warranty". The bike had a cracked back turn signal that had been taped to secure it.when i purchased it. I noticed it before i handed over the cash and assumed it was why i got such a good deal on such a beautiful bike. So, today i decide to go back to Stubb's Cycles and have them order the replacement signal and wanted them to put it on for me. I was willing to pay. BUT... my salesman told me to hold on a minute, goes to the back, comes out and tells me the signal has been ordered, they will call me when it arrives and it WON'T COST ME A DIME! Said they wanted to make sure I was 100% happy with my purchase. With that kind of customer service, & commitment, I'll be a Stubb's customer for as long as i own a bike."

"I called ahead and made an appointment for Saturday and showed up late. I could not seem to make up my mind between two bikes. The sales guy took the time to go thru the inventory and was able to find exactly what I wanted. ( Not one of the two i had in mind)...The rest of the crew worked like clock work to make it happen! "My boyfriend and I went in late on a Sat. to look at a couple of scooters. We were not really planning to buy them, but after agreeing on the price that we wanted, we decided to buy them. It was 4:30, and we had dinner reservations at 6:00. Rob & Ivan assured us that they could have us out, with the scooters, by 5:00. They both put the hustle on to get us out of there by 5:00. Signing the paperwork, getting insurance & inspection, getting the scooters ready, & paying. A lot to get done in 30 minutes. After all of this was done, (in record time), they helped us load them into our minivan. They got some of the guys next door at the Harley store to help, and with everyones help, they got the two scooters in the van. I was in customer service for over twenty five years. I know what it means to go "above & beyond" for the customer. And they did this! Thank you Rob, Ivan, and all of the boys at Stubbs Cycles for your great customer service! This is the place you need to go to get your motorcycles, scooters, etc. The store has been in business for many many years. People like this is the reason why. Great job!!"
