"Stubbs was awesome! I bought a new Honda CRFL 250 Rally and sincerely can say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. I live in Austin and had a hard time finding a good deal here. One major dealer I visited said they wouldn't even throw in a t-shirt if I bought the bike from them at what was not a great price. On the other hand, Rob Smith at Stubbs gave me a killer price, super cordial service AND he threw in 2 t-shirts in addition to a cool accessory. I drove all the way from Austin to Houston to get my bike at Stubbs because they just treated me way better--they were reasonable, straight forward, friendly and very cool. It was worth the 187 mile return ride to Austin on a 250 to get a great deal from people who treated me like they actually wanted my business and went above and beyond to make a fair and reasonable deal. The finance/insurance people and parts folks were really cool too. I'm a fan."

"After spending days online shopping and comparing prices for a pair of four wheelers I came across Stubbs Cycles. My initial call began with Rob and explaining to him I was checking everywhere considering I was buying two. He quickly said ok and said when you are done checking call me back and give me a chance. I did just that and today drove away with two beautiful four wheelers purchased from Stubbs. Rob was very patient as he fielded the many calls and emails at one of the busiest times of the year. "A delightful experience at Stubbs Cycles. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, I felt like I was amongst friends. I went in Saturday afternoon, the place was busy but the sales staff kept up very well and every customer was attended to. Rob Smith worked on my deal and was super active and prompt but never pushy. The finance department was also quick and easy.

They have a large inventory and a variety of motorcycles, they've got something for everyone. Prices are reasonable and competitive compared to other dealerships. I'll definitely be coming back in the near future to upgrade or buy a different style motorcycle, as well as buying one for my little brother.

"I bought a 2003 Vulcan1600 from them 2 weeks ago. I purchased the bike "as is, no warranty". The bike had a cracked back turn signal that had been taped to secure it.when i purchased it. I noticed it before i handed over the cash and assumed it was why i got such a good deal on such a beautiful bike. So, today i decide to go back to Stubb's Cycles and have them order the replacement signal and wanted them to put it on for me. I was willing to pay. BUT... my salesman told me to hold on a minute, goes to the back, comes out and tells me the signal has been ordered, they will call me when it arrives and it WON'T COST ME A DIME! Said they wanted to make sure I was 100% happy with my purchase. With that kind of customer service, & commitment, I'll be a Stubb's customer for as long as i own a bike."
